4 stars + Could have been 5, but the pool villa‘s outdoor area is dirty every now and then because of leaves and dirt blown around by the trees. Also there are a lot of pigeons nesting on the roof, which cause for dirt and birdpoop on the terrace. Could use some minor renovations as well (wooden surfaces and some paint should be re-done). The service and quality of the hotel are top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of foods and good quality as well!

Absolutely amazing. We arrived late and it felt like a Spirited Away vibes - so magical. Full menu room service till 9pm. Tasty and fresh. Travel light since you need to walk up steps crossing the bridge to your room. They do have someone to help tho. Walking around the island in the morning was a bliss. So peaceful and quiet. All the designs were both functional and pleasing. So much attention to details. The bed and pillows were sooooo comfy. I even googled where to buy them. Shower and bath were great too. Everything was clean. All staff were nice and helpful. So peaceful and we can't wait to come back.

I like the sustainability concepts through out all the facilities and amenities. The stay was excellent and the staffs were really helpful. My minor feedback would be the dock: 2 boats were parked and blocking monk's access during morning alms.

Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance of facilities, both indoor & outdoor. Damp aircon, many scratches on the floor & tiles. Cleanliness issues, lot of stains. Mold appear in many areas. Hope they will fix them soon .

Room was okay some insects flies and pieces of garbages but it’s ok. Not much activities here especially on weekend. Breakfast was good and with generous portion, with the view overlooking Chaophaya River. Service was slow and understaffed.
